Our ever-faithful volunteers, hard at work
The GLOWW Center, God’s Ladies of the Word & Worship! And we are here as God’s ladies to serve other women who have found themselves in hard times. And we are so excited to be an official non-profit, charitable 501(c)3 organization. For months now so many women and men have poured their time and energy into this love project. We have been busy transforming The GLOWW Center (TGC) from a century old house into the beautiful Center for single moms. It’s been worked on, furnished, cleaned, and decorated all with the loving care of volunteers and donations. And we couldn’t be more excited to see what God is going to do with this organization.
We are grounded by our faith in Jesus and the dedicated support of our volunteers, partners, and other contributors. God has already been working, and has sent us single moms who have been able to benefit from the services we provide. We provide physical needs through our Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and our Diaper Bank. We’ve even hosted our first event where single moms were able to unwind and relax while their children had some fun as well. Praise God, we’ve even been able to witness God as He softens hearts, and women have come to accept Jesus as their Lord & Savior. We are here to take care of physical needs as well as educational, emotional, and spiritual needs for our single mom families.
Our vision is a community where single mom families are nurtured and empowered to lead successful lives regardless of income or social status. Our mission is to Strengthen, Educate, and Elevate the single mom families in need so they can live transformed and self-sustained lives.
